About Inbox for Sellers
Inbox for Sellers is customer service software for online sellers. It gives a seller's team one workspace for buyer conversations, with the order and listing context beside each message and the seller's own policies behind every answer.
Why it exists
Selling online is well served by tooling for listing, pricing, and shipping. Customer service is where most growing sellers are still improvising — one person's inbox, a shared password, and a lot of questions back to the owner.
That works until you hire. After that, the problems are always the same: unclear ownership, duplicate replies, inconsistent policy answers, and an owner who cannot step away because they are the only source of truth.
Inbox for Sellers exists to make that transition ordinary rather than painful.
Who it is for
- eBay sellers with an employee, a part-time helper, or a virtual assistant.
- Small seller teams of roughly one to ten people.
- Owners who want to delegate customer service without losing consistency.
Product principles
- Seller-first, not an enterprise helpdesk with a marketplace connector.
- Useful the same day: no implementation project.
- Context beats configuration — the order and policy matter more than ticket fields.
- AI drafts, humans send. Nothing goes to a buyer without review.
- Say what the product does today, and name what is only planned.
- Respect marketplace rules: conversations stay on the marketplace.
