Terms of service

Last updated 10 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Inbox for Sellers. By creating a workspace or continuing to use the service you agree to them.

Who you are contracting with

Inbox for Sellers is operated by Kevin Loomis, trading as Inbox for Sellers ("we", "us"). When you use the service you are entering into an agreement with Kevin Loomis. You confirm that you are of legal age and, if you sign up on behalf of a business, that you have authority to agree to these terms for that business.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the actions of the people you invite to your workspace, and for keeping your credentials secure. Each person on your team should have their own account rather than sharing one.

Plans, payment and subscription terms

Inbox for Sellers is a subscription service. The plan is $5 per month for unlimited use, and every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel, and is billed to the payment method you provide at checkout. Taxes are calculated and charged where applicable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Full payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are covered by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. See our refund policy and pricing page.

Order processing and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages.
  • Do not attempt to access another workspace's data.
  • Do not use the service in a way that breaks the rules of a marketplace you have connected.
  • Do not resell or reverse engineer the service.

Marketplace rules

When you connect a marketplace account, that marketplace's own policies continue to apply to your communication with buyers. eBay, for example, restricts sharing off-platform contact information and directing members off the marketplace. You remain responsible for the content of the replies you send.

AI-generated drafts

The service can generate draft replies from your conversation, order, and policy content. Drafts may be inaccurate or incomplete. A person on your team reviews and sends every reply, and you are responsible for what is sent.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, and functionality that depends on a marketplace API can be affected by that provider. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
